I am loving this book so far, except I am afraid that I am going to get emotionally involved and it is going to be sad. The only answer is to just keep reading and find out :-) Hope everyone has a super weekend!!
The Secret Life of Bees movie started filming in January in Lumberton. Dakota Fanning is Lily and Jennifer Hudson is Rosaleen. Maybe Brooke will get to see Dakota at Target again!
I finished reading this today. It was really good. I also just picked up two books by authors we've previously read: "How to be Good" by Nick Hornby and "Between, George" by Joshilyn Jackson. I'll let yall know how they turn out. Also, I read "A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini. He's the author of "The Kite Runner". This was a great read and I highly recommend it! As yall can tell, I have way more time on my hands here in Wilson!

I hope that the author isn't a murderer like Nicholas Sparks.
If so, we will need to write her off as well.
