I don't know if any of you noticed this, but Elner and Henley Bess have the same birthday!!
July 28th! I'm glad she shares her bday with such a good soul.
I share my birthday with Steven Seagal.

For those of you that weren't there the other night, we're reading to page 250 for next week. I need to start reading!

Other Book Club

When I was starting our blog the other night, I really wanted to get the name: wineandbooks.blogspot.com, but it was already taken. I didn't think anymore of it until today and I got on that blog.
I don't think their book club would like our book club. And I don't think they would like our required reading either. We should challenge them in a read-off.
Sprinkle some spirit girls.

Can't Wait to Get to Heaven

Good Evening Book Club! I think our new blog is going to be too fun!
So, we read up to page 77 of our new book. So far, it is a sweet southern novel. My favorite part is when the main character thinks that Tot looks like a snow monkey. That made me laugh.
Okay, well more than anything, I just want to see how this blog thing works!
